Reports & Analytics
Overview
The Reports module gives you data-driven insights into your church's health — giving trends, attendance patterns, member demographics, engagement levels, and more. Everything is visualised with charts and can be exported for board meetings, audits, or leadership reviews.

Report Sections

💡 Demographics, Engagement, Giving Intelligence, and the Report Builder require the Growing plan or higher.
1. Overview Report
Period Selector
Choose: This Week / This Month / This Quarter / This Year / Custom date range
What You See
- Giving Summary — total amount, number of transactions, % change vs previous period, breakdown by category and payment method
- Attendance Summary — total attendance, services held, average per service, first-timer count
- Member Growth Chart — monthly line chart of membership growth over 6 months
- Giving Trend Chart — 6-month bar chart of total giving per month
- Attendance by Service Type — average attendance tiles for Sunday, Midweek, Youth, Prayer, and Special services
- Top Givers — top 5 giving members for the selected period
Exporting
Click Export → choose PDF (formatted with your logo) or CSV (raw data for spreadsheets).
2. Demographics Report
Understand who your congregation is:

| Age Distribution | Breakdown by age group (0–18, 19–30, 31–45, 46–60, 60+) |
| Gender Distribution | Male / Female / Not specified |
| Marital Status | Single / Married / Divorced / Widowed |
| Location | Which cities/regions your members come from |
| Occupation | Top occupations in your congregation |
| Member Status | Visitor / New Convert / Active / Full Member / Inactive split |
| Join Trend | When members joined — month by month |
3. Engagement Report
| Metric | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
| Attendance Consistency | % of members who attend every week, most weeks, occasionally, rarely |
| Visitor Conversion Rate | % of visitors in the last 90 days who became active members |
| New Member Retention | % of members who joined in the last 6 months still attending regularly |
| At-Risk Members | Active members who haven't attended in 3+ weeks |
Click Create Task next to any at-risk member to immediately assign a pastoral follow-up task.
4. Giving Intelligence

|---|---|
| First-Time Givers | Members who gave for the first time this month — send a personal thank-you |
| Lapsed Givers | Members who gave before but haven't given in 90+ days — gentle stewardship follow-up |
| Giving Consistency | % of congregation that gives weekly, monthly, occasionally, never |
| Occupation vs Giving | Which occupations give the most — informs stewardship campaigns |
5. Custom Report Builder
Build custom reports from scratch:
- Choose a Report Type — Members, Giving, Attendance, Youth, Converts, Events, or Groups
- Select Columns — pick exactly which fields to include
- Add Filters — e.g. Status = Active, Join Date between Jan–Mar 2026
- Sort — choose a column and direction
- Run Report — preview the data
Then Export CSV, Export PDF, or Save Report to reuse later.
